The Terms and Conditions are being updated.
The following Terms and Conditions will take effect on: December 19, 2022
ORDER
These Terms and Conditions constitute a collective agreement, which is valid between The User and Ars Moriendi 3D. To access the Service, The User is required to read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
To purchase items, you must be 18 years of age and in possession of a valid credit card. Otherwise, you will need to obtain consent from a person with the legal right to conclude the purchase. A receipt will be sent to your e-mail address shortly after the order is made.
PAYMENT
Ars Moriendi 3D accepts online payments with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay, provided by pensopay A/S. The amount will be deducted from your credit card upon completion of the transaction.
Prices on the website are listed in USA Dollars (USD).
Ars Moriendi 3D uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.
DELIVERY
The digital items for download will be delivered by e-mail containing a download link. You will also be able to download them in the download section of your account.
The delivery time for digital items is approximately 1-10 minutes, provided there are no errors with internet connection, website server, payment provider, etc. If you have not received the digital items within 24 hours, please contact us.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Ars Moriendi 3D offers a 14 days full refund on goods purchased on the website, under the condition that the download link or purchased goods have not been activated. The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
There are no rights of withdrawal on digital items if the link has been activated, as the product is of such a nature that, under Danish law, the right of return cannot or should not be granted.
If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw a purchase, send an e-mail to contact@arsmoriendi3d.com.
MALFUNCTION
If a purchased item contains an error that makes it unusable, a fix will be made as quickly as possible to correct the issue. If a fix is not possible, the purchased item will be reimbursed.
The items purchased on arsmoriendi3d.com constitute only drawings for the execution of printing on a 3D printer, but do not constitute any real technical drawings. Ars Moriendi 3D cannot be held responsible for any errors as a result of the use of drawings.
RIGHTS
When purchasing digital items you have the right to use them for personal, noncommercial purposes, but you do not have the right to resell, transfer, upload or sub-license.
Actions contrary to the above rights may result in prosecution.
The use of our products in your own marketing must be done in agreement with Ars Moriendi 3D.
REQUIREMENTS
To open the purchased items, you must possess equipment with internet access and be able to open zip-files and stl-files. It is your responsibility that you have created the necessary accounts or own the necessary software in order to open the files.
REVISIONS
We may revise and update these terms from time to time. We will notify of such a change at least 30 days before the updated terms take effect by publishing the new version on arsmoriendi3d.com or by notifying The User via e-mail.

COMPLAINTS
If you have any complaints, please contact us via e-mail contact@arsmoriendi3d.com and we will try to find a solution to the problem. If you are not satisfied with our processing you have the right to complaint.
A complaint about a product purchased from us can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Agency’s Center for Complaints, the Names’ House. You can appeal to the Center for Complaints Solution via www.naevneneshus.dk.
The EU Commission’s online complaint portal can also be used for filing a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer resident in another EU country. Appeals shall be submitted here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
