Terms of Service
These terms apply to the purchase of digital products at Ars Moriendi 3D CVR-number: 41059427, Ålemosevej 7, 5492 Vissenbjerg, and the associated websites arsmoriendi3d.com & kickstarter.arsmoriendi3d.com.
ORDER
You are always welcome to shop at our websites. To purchase items you must be 18 years of age and in possession of an active Paypal account or a valid credit card. Otherwise you need to obtain consent from a person with the legal right to conclude the purchase.
When you make an order a receipt will be sent to your e-mail address.
PAYMENT
You are able to pay with Paypal and Stripe. Both accepts all major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. The amount will be deducted from your Paypal account or credit card upon completion of the transaction.
You can choose to store your card information to make sure your future purchases are as easy as possible. Your card information will be stored encrypted by the payment provider.
DELIVERY
The digital items for download will be delivered by e-mail containing a download link. You also will be able to download them in the download section on your account.
The delivery time for digital items is approximately 5-10 minutes, provided there are no errors on internet connection, server etc.
If you have not received the files withing 24 hours, please conact us.
CANCELLATION
There is no right of withdrawal on digital items for download.
MALFUNCTION
If something is wrong with a digital item, you can either get it exchanged or money back, depending on the specific situation.
The items purchased on arsmoriendi3d.com constitute only drawings for the execution of printing on a 3D printer, but do not constitute any real technical drawings and Ars Moriendi 3D cannot be held responsible for any errors as a result of the use of drawings.
RIGHTS
When purchasing our digital items you have the right to use the items for personal, noncommercial purposes, but you do not have the right to change, resale, transfer, upload or sub-licensing.
Actions contrary to the above rights may result in prosecution.
The use of our products in your own marketing, must be done in agreement with Ars Moriendi 3D.
REQUIREMENTS
To open the purchased items, you must possess equipment with internet access and be able to open zip-files and stl-files. It is your responsibility that you have created the necessary accounts in order to open the files.
REVISIONS
We may change these terms from time to time. However, changes will apply to you at earliest in the current month + 1 month after being notified via e-mail.
COMPLAINTS
If you have any complaints, please contact us via e-mail contact@arsmoriendi3d.com and we will try to find a solution to the problem. If you are not satisfied with our proccessing you have the right to complaint.
A complaint about a product purchased from us can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Agency’s Center for Complaints, the Names’ House. You can appeal to the Center for Complaints Solution via www.naevneneshus.dk.
The EU Commission’s online complaint portal can also be used for filing a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer resident in another EU country. Appeals shall be submitted here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
